CEP provides service from 5 offices strategically located in Toronto (Oshawa), Ottawa, Laval (Montreal), Quebec City and Moncton. Each location offers in-house workshops, laboratories fully equipped with scientific instruments, storage facilities and document centers.

Founded in 1972, CEP started with three engineers and specialized exclusively in the fields of electrical failures and fire origin and cause (O&C) investigation.
